Consume Power House Pre Workout 20-25 Minutes Before Activity. We Strongly Recommend Assessing Your Tolerance By Using 1/2 to 1 Scoop Of Water.
Avoid Power House Preworkout If You Are A Heart Patient or BP Patient. Begin with 1/2 scoop. Do not exceed more than 1 scoop. Mentioned servings are according to half scoop.
